mango pulp 3 cups sugar 1 cup cheese cream 8 oz gelatine 3 packets water 3 cups
Mango Pudding - Directions:
Dissolve gelatine in half cup of hot water, allow it to cool.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender including the dissolved gelatine and whip it to a smooth cosistency, pour it into a dessert dish and allow it to set in the fridge for 6-8 hours .
